Zefiro 2007

A Math Fest "Zefiro 2007" was conducted on 16/11/07 by the Department of Mathematics. A talk on "Applications of Mathematics in Today's Life" by Dr. Varghese Joshua of CMS College, Kottayam was enjoyed by everyone. An exhibition stall was put up by the students which gave others a rare insight into the applications and history of Mathematics.

An intercollegiate quiz competition was conducted as a part of the fest. Dr.Varghese Joshua of CMS College, Kottayam was the quiz master. Students from 9 different colleges participated in the quiz. The first prize was bagged by Marthoma College, Perumbavoor and the second prize was won by St.Teresa's College.
