Milestones 2008 - Inauguration of St Teresa's Elysium,the Platinum Jubilee Multi Complex by his excellency Dr. A.P.J. Abdul Kalam 2005 - Reaccredited by NAAC with Grade A 2002 - Sr. Tessa received the Dr. M.V. PYLEE AWARD for the Best Principal of Kerala. 2000 - The Platinum Jubilee of the College was inaugurated. 1999 - The College was assessed by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council and was awarded the Five Star status - an honour reserved for a few. Post Graduate courses in English Literature, M. Sc. Physics, Food and Nutrition and Degree courses in B A French and B.A Bharatanatyam were started. 1999 - RAJEEV GANDHI FOUNDATION AWARD for the Best College in the State of Kerala. 1998 - Sr. Emeline received Fr. T. A. Mathais Award for the most outstanding, innovative Principal. 1998-1999 - RAJEEV GANDHI FOUNDATION AWARD for the Best College in the State of Kerala. 1996-1997 - R. SANKAR AWARD for the Best College in the State of Kerala by the Government of Kerala. 1995-1996 - R. SANKAR AWARD for the Best College in the State of Kerala by the Government of Kerala. 1995-1996 - UGC sponsored Vocational Courses in Computer Applications and Communicative English were started. 1981- Mother Veronica Library was renamed the Golden Jubilee Memorial Library and shifted into the new building. 1956 - The auditorium was built. 1954 - The third storey of the new 3 - storeyed building - the Jubilee Memorial Hall - was declared open by the then Chief Minister of the state Shri. Pattom Thanu Pillai on 18th October 1954. 1927 - The College was raised to the status of a First Grade college and Degree classes started with 10 students. 1926 - The main Block of the College was completed. 1925 - St. Teresa's College was established on June 15th 1925.
