The Bachelor Degree Course in Bharathanatyam has been offered at this college from the Academic year 2002-2003 onwards. It was the College's first foray into the field of Fine Arts. Bharathanatyam, which is one of India's most prestigious classical dance forms, has its origin in the southern state of Tamilnadu. St.Teresa's college now offers its academic expertise in this field also.The course is intended to create a consummate performer,adept dancer ,with thorough understanding of the theoretical ,literary and musical base.Vocal music and Mohiniyattom are the subsidiary subjects.other forms of Indian dances and western dances like Salsa,Ballroom hiphop are also included in the syllabus.
